A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. We dispatch Mertztown units carrying industrial extraction pumps, air movers, and commercial dehumidifiers already loaded on the truck.
We built our Mertztown branch after hearing the same complaint over and over from Mertztown, PA property owners — the "24/7" number that never actually answers. Every technician on our Mertztown roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Each lead tech holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and has personally handled clean-water, gray-water, and contaminated black-water losses, so Flood Damage Cleanup in Mertztown isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We carry full general liability coverage and are licensed to operate throughout Mertztown, PA, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
We keep a stocked warehouse inside Mertztown, PA so equipment never has to be trucked in from another region, which is the difference between a 45-minute arrival and a next-day one.
Talk to a Mertztown property manager who's lived through an overnight pipe failure and they'll tell you exactly why a crew that arrives already equipped matters — every extra minute is more water in the framing. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Mertztown call at a time.
Not every leak announces itself with a flooded floor. A lot of the worst damage we see in Mertztown started small and got ignored for weeks. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
Recognizing one of these signs early is the difference between a contained repair and a gutted room, so call our Mertztown team and get a straight answer on how urgent it is.
Whether it's one bedroom carpet or an entire flooded commercial floor, our Mertztown crews scale the response to match the loss — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Our Mertztown units run truck-mount extraction pumps that pull thousands of gallons per hour, cutting standing-water time from days to hours. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Our drying plans use moisture meters and thermal imaging to target air movers exactly where hidden moisture is trapped, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
On the residential side in Mertztown, we handle the flood-cut, subfloor checks, and content pack-out so your home is ready to rebuild, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
For commercial Mertztown accounts, we assign a project lead, run crews after normal hours to reduce downtime, and bring equipment sized to the actual footprint — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Category 3 blackwater calls for full PPE, antimicrobial treatment, and disposal of anything porous that touched the contamination — our Mertztown crews are trained for exactly that protocol.
We apply antimicrobial treatment during every Mertztown drying job specifically to head off mold before it starts, and we'll flag any area that needs deeper remediation.
Every Mertztown estimate is written and explained before work begins — no vague "we'll see how it goes" pricing.
Local staging inside Mertztown, PA means Mertztown response times usually beat the national average by a wide margin.
We photograph and log every step specifically so your claim moves faster and you're not the one arguing with the insurance company.
Final moisture readings have to hit dry-standard before we consider a Mertztown job done, and getting there again is on us, not you.
A short call with our Mertztown dispatcher tells us whether this is a one-room job or a multi-crew response before anyone drives out.
A licensed technician heads to your Mertztown address with extraction and drying equipment already loaded.
We remove standing water first, then map moisture and position air movers and dehumidifiers based on the readings.
We re-check moisture levels daily until materials hit dry standard, then hand you full documentation for your records or your insurer.
Every Mertztown job gets closed based on instrument readings, not a visual check, and we won't call it finished until the numbers say it's finished. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
You'll find that exact commitment printed on your Mertztown paperwork, not just mentioned over the phone. If a second visit is ever needed, it comes from the same crew that handled the original job whenever scheduling allows, since they already know the property and the readings we started from.
